We must maintain relationships and physical health. Social media is a good thing at the moment, we are all only seconds away from each other while in isolation, The House Party App can bring lots of you together at once. If you haven’t checked it out yet, please do and stay connected. Try things like video brunch or video happy hour each day. Social support is extremely important to maintaining mental health right now.
The biggest threat to our mental health right now isn’t the uncertainty we face, it is the social isolation, social isolation is a major health problem, let’s stay active during this time, keep posting on Facebook, keep the video calls up, keep interacting on SugarWOD, the situation is only going to get worse yet, we must keep looking at ways to maintain and even improve our mental health.
Stay strong, stay connected, stay positive and stay active.
