Essential Outside Time whilst in Social Isolation

Positive Mindfulness…….
During this time focus on things that are in your control, continue your exercise, get outside, we are in social isolation however getting sunshine is still very important, get outside for at minimum of 30 minutes per day.
Get your daily hit vitamin D through sunlight, good health physically and mentally requires adequate Vitamin D. Riding, Walking or Jogging helps us practice gratitude, It is a great time to practice positive mindfulness.
Focus on eating well, get fresh produce, it will be easy to use the circumstances to over indulge in junk foods. However now is a great chance to improve our eating!!!
Focus on breathing, Breathing deeply will not only strengthen you diaphragm and lungs helping reduce the impact on COVID-19, Deep breathing will also help you deal with stress and anxiety at this time.
Set aside times to exercise, get outside, and practice deep breathing daily whilst keeping a strong focus on what we are eating. Fresh produce is still the best choice and still readily available.
