Control What You Focus on During This Pandemic

Positive Mindfulness……we can control what we focus on during this pandemic.
For many they are focusing on the hardship, the fear, the sadness etc. And yes there is much personal suffering around us, locally, nationally and internationally.
We can accept this and do our bit to be part of the solution, we can also focus on ourselves, on our physical and mental health, and our wellness. If we do this then we will be of better service to others.
In this time make an effort to increase your engagement in positive activities, take phone and electronic breaks, make time to interact with loved ones, get outside for a walk or a run (these are great times to check in on yourself), mindfully practice focusing on positive topics over negative topics, bring humour into your day, and place emphasis on physical and mental health.
Create a new daily routine that is set aside to focus on positive activities. Find a time that you can allocate to building on a positive self everyday.
