Why do most people exercise? Most people would say for weight control/adjustments and good physical health.

This is probably the main answer you’d get.

However we know that exercise is not just good for physical health, research clearly shows that exercise positively influences mental health. I am sure that there is a large percentage of the population that understand this…there’d be another chunk of the population that have no idea of the positive mental benefits you get from exercise.

The human body is meant to move, and when it does it nourishes the brain.
